How did the magnet come from and what should I pay attention?

2024-04-23

When it comes to magnets, it is estimated that most people know the usefulness of magnets, but once it comes to the specific nature of magnets, most of them are not very clear. In fact, the so-called objects or materials that can generate magnetic fields are traditionally roughly divided into two types: permanent magnets and non-permanent magnets. Permanent magnets are simply powerful magnets, and the strongest magnets are neodymium magnets.

After thousands of years of development, today's magnets and the development has become an indispensable functional material in our lives. At the same time, it also synthesizes alloys of different materials through advanced powder metallurgy technology, which can achieve the effect of exceeding the magnet at the same time, and can also maximize the magnetic force. Man-made magnets appeared in the 18th century, but the process of making higher magnetic materials became very slow until the 1920 s to make alnico (AlNiCo). Subsequently, ferrite (Ferrite) was produced in 1948, samarium cobalt (SmCo) was produced in the 1970 s, and neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) was born in 1986, which has become the strongest magnet in the world so far. As a result, physical magnetism science and technology began to develop rapidly, and strong magnetic materials also made components more miniaturized. Until 1999, Zibo Shengjin Magnet broke through an industry precedent with its own combination of 13000GS rare earth strong magnets. At the same time, it was rapidly popularized in the industry. Since then, China's rare earth magnet industry has ushered in a new world of rapid development.
